WalletSafe Lucky Draw Campaign
Terms and Conditions
1. The Campaign begins on 6th November 2021 to 3rd December 2021, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
2. Users who subscribe for WalletSafe within the Campaign Period is entitled to participate in the Weekly Lucky Draw.
3. The Weekly Lucky Draw will be conducted every Friday, starting from 19th November 2021 – 10th December 2021, whereby users will stand a chance to win a Sony PlayStation 5, Sony Smart TV or Sony Portable Bluetooth Speaker. (“Prize”)
4. Total 4 units of Sony PlayStation 5, 4 units of Sony Smart TV & 4 units of Sony Portable Speakers will be given out for this Campaign for 12 lucky winners.
5. Winners of the lucky draw are only entitled to win ONE (1) Prize during the Weekly Lucky Draw throughout the entire Campaign Period.
6. The Prize fulfilment will be processed by 31st January 2022 and the expected delivery date is by 28th February 2022, subject to stock availability in the market. TNG Digital reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equivalent value due to any reason as determined by TNG Digital.
7. Winners of Weekly Lucky Draw are required to answer ONE (1) question when contacted by TNG Digital via email. Upon answering the question correctly, the prizes will be fulfilled.
8. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not respond to the email sent by TNG Digital within SEVEN (7) business days upon receipt of the email or if the winner does not provide the correct answer.
9. Winners of the Weekly Lucky Draw will be required to provide proof of identification and contact details to TNG Digital for the prize delivery arrangement.
10. By participating in the Weekly Lucky Draw, all participants: -
i. consent for TNG Digital to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign; and
ii. consent for TNG Digital to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names, last 2 digit of IC number and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
iii. grant TNG Digital the - right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
11. All prizes are non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. TNG Digital will not be held liable of damages caused during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of prize will be entertained.
12. TNG Digital makes no warranties or representations with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the prizes associated with this Weekly Lucky Draw.
13. TNG Digital's decision regarding the selection of Winners, and/or in even situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the Weekly Lucky Draw, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TNG Digital's decision on the same.
14. TNG Digital, Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd employees are not eligible to win the Prize in the Weekly Lucky Draw.
15. Any user who terminates their eWallet account during the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to participate in the Weekly Lucky Draw.
16. Any user who has previously subscribed to WalletSafe before the campaign period will not be entitled for the WalletSafe Lucky Draw Campaign even though the user cancels and repurchases the policy during the campaign period.
17. Kempen Cabutan Bertuah WalletSafe
Terma Dan Syarat
1. Kempen ini bermula dari 6 November 2021 – 3 Disember 2021, termasuk kedua-dua Tarikh yang dinyatakan (“Tempoh Kempen”).
2. Pengguna yang telah mendaftar dengan WalletSafe dalam tempoh kempen layak untuk menyertai dalam Cabutan Bertuah Mingguan.
3. Cabutan Bertuah Mingguan akan dijalankan pada setiap hari Jumaat bermula dari 19 November 2021 - 10 December 2021, di mana pengguna akan berpeluang memenangi Sony PlayStation 5, TV Pintar Sony & Pembesar Suara Bluetooth Mudah Alih Sony. (“Hadiah”)
4. Sejumlah 4 unit Sony PlayStation 5, 4 unit TV Pintar Sony & 4 unit Pembesar Suara Bluetooth Mudah Alih Sony akan diberikan untuk Kempen ini untuk 12 pemenang.
5. Pemenang cabutan bertuah hanya layak memenangi SATU (1) Hadiah semasa Cabutan Bertuah Mingguan sepanjang Tempoh Kempen.
6. Pemenuhan hadiah akan diproses pada 31 Januari 2022 dan tarikh penghantaran yang dijangkakan adalah sebelum 28 Februari 2022, tertakluk kepada ketersediaan stok di pasaran. TNG Digital berhak untuk menggantikan Hadiah dengan Hadiah lain yang bernilai setara dengan apa-apa alasan sahaja yang ditentukan oleh TNG Digital.
7. Pemenang -pemenang Cabutan Bertuah Mingguan dikehendaki menjawab SATU (1) soalan apabila dihubungi oleh TNG Digital melalui e-mel. Setelah menjawab soalan dengan betul, hadiah akan dipenuhi.
8. Kelayakan untuk menuntut hadiah akan dilucutkan sekiranya pemenang tidak membalas kepada e-mel yang dihantarkan oleh TNG Digital dalam masa TUJUH (7) hari bekerja setelah menerima e-mel atau jika pemenang tidak memberikan jawapan yang betul.
9. Pemenang-pemenang Cabutan Bertuah Mingguan dikehendaki membuktikan identiti dan maklumat perhubungan tersendiri kepada TNG Digital untuk urusan penghantaran hadiah.
10. Dengan menyertai Cabutan Bertuah Mingguan, semua peserta:
i. membenarkan TNG Digital mengumpul, merekod, memegang, menyimpan, mengguna dan mendedahkan maklumat peribadi mereka hanya untuk tujuan yang diperlukan ataupun berkaitan dengan Kempen ini; dan
ii. bersetuju untuk TNG Digital mendedahkan atau menerbitkan maklumat peribadi mereka seperti nama, 2 digit terakhir nombor IC , dan sebarang maklumat umum di mana-mana media, pemasaran atau bahan pengiklanan; dan
iii. membenarkan TNG Digital hak untuk mengubahsuai, mengguna dan menerbit sebarang gambar peserta untuk tujuan promosi, pemasaran, komersial atau tujuan lain yang berkaitan, tanpa sebarang pembayaran ataupun pampasan.
11. Semua hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik kepada individu lain dan tidak boleh dirunding. TNG Digital tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas kerosakan semasa proses penghantaran. Tiada penggantian dan/atau pertukaran hadiah akan dilayan.
12. TNG Digital tidak membuat sebarang waranti atau perwakilan berkenaan dengan hadiah-hadiah tersebut dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang penyalahgunaan mana-mana hadiah, mahupun untuk sebarang tuntutan, liabiliti, kerugian atau kerosakan yang timbul daripada atau berkaitan dengan hadiah-hadiah yang berkaitan dengan Cabutan Bertuah Mingguan ini.
13. Keputusan TNG Digital mengenai pilihan pemenang-pemenang, dan/atau dalam apa jua keadaan, termasuk apa-apa yang tidak dilindungi dalam Terma dan Syarat ini, adalah muktamad bagi semua peserta Kempen ini, dan tiada pertanyaan, cabaran atau rayuan boleh dibuat mahupun dilayan tentang keputusan tersebut.
14. Pekerja-pekerja TNG Digital, Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd adalah tidak layak untuk memenangi hadiah dalam Cabutan Bertuah Mingguan.
15. Mana-mana pengguna yang menamatkan akaun eWallet mereka semasa Tempoh Kempen akan disingkirkan secara automatik daripada Kempen ini dan tidak berhak menyertai Cabutan Bertuah Mingguan.
16. Mana-mana pengguna yang mendaftar WalletSafe sebelum tempoh kempen tidak layak untuk Kempen Cabutan Bertuah WalletSafe walaupun pengguna membatalkan dan membeli semula polisi tersebut semasa tempoh kempen.
17. 18. Terma dan Syarat ini akan tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat Kempen Am yang boleh didapati di https://www.touchngo.com.my/terms-conditions/general-campaign-terms-and-conditions.
