CarInsure 70% Cashback on Road Tax and Delivery Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”). By joining this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
CAMPAIGN PERIOD
1. The Campaign shall run from 1st March 2022 to 30th April 2022, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
2. The Organiser may extend the Campaign Period at any time with prior notice.
ELIGIBLE USER
3. The Campaign is open to Touch ‘n Go eWallet users (“User”) who key in the promo code “TNGROAD” during their renewal of car insurance policy/takaful certificate via CarInsure on Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s application or website.
CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
4. User shall add-on Road Tax during their purchase of car insurance policy / takaful certificate to enjoy for this promotion.
5. User who key in “TNGROAD” during their renewal of car insurance policy/takaful certificate via CarInsure shall be entitled to a 70% Cashback on the Road Tax and Road Tax Delivery Fee and the cashback will be capped at Ringgit Malaysia Forty (RM40.00) per transaction during Campaign Period.
6. The 70% Cashback and Free Road Tax Delivery shall be calculated based on the actual Road Tax and Delivery Fee. Kindly refer to the table below for the scenarios and calculation :

7. Any additional cost to the Road Tax will be borne by the User.
8. The Cashback shall be credited to the Users’ respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet account within 10 working days after the issuance of said policy / certificate
9. The Cashback is limited to the first 1,000 policies / certificate throughout the Campaign Period based on a “first come, first served” basis.
10. The CarInsure transaction must be paid via a Touch ‘n Go eWallet account to be eligible for this Campaign.
11. For the avoidance of doubt, User who renew their car insurance policy/takaful certificate via offline or any other channels other than the foregoing will NOT be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
12. Touch ‘n Go eWallet will not entertain any request from any User to credit Cashback to any third party other than the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account of the eligible User.
13. Any Touch ‘n Go eWallet User who fail to renew their car insurance policy/takaful certificate via CarInsure shall not be entitled to participate in the Campaign.
14. Any User who terminates their Touch ‘n Go eWallet account during the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled for the Cashback.

Terma & Syarat
Kempen CarInsure 70% Cashback on Road Tax and Delivery Fee (“Kempen”) adalah dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“Penganjur”). Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, anda bersetuju untuk mengikuti dan mematuhi terma dan syarat ini.
TEMPOH KEMPEN
1. Kempen ini akan bermula pada 1hb Mac 2022 hingga 30hb April 2022, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh (“Tempoh Kempen”)
2. Penganjur boleh melanjutkan Tempoh Kempen pada bila-bila masa dengan pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.
PENGGUNA YANG LAYAK
3. Kempen ini terbuka kepada pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“Pengguna”) yang memasukkan kod promo “TNGROAD” semasa membeli polisi/sijil melalui CarInsure di aplikasi atau laman web Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
MEKANISME KEMPEN
4. Pengguna perlu menambahkan Cukai Jalan semasa pembelian polisi insurans / sijil takaful untuk menikmati promosi ini.
5. Pengguna yang memasukkan kod promo "TNGROAD" semasa membeli polisi insurans/sijil takaful kereta melalui CarInsure berhak mendapat 70% pulangan tunai tambahan dari Cukai Jalan dan Bayaran Penghantaran dan wang tunai akan dibatasi pada Ringgit Malaysia Empat Puluh (RM40.00) setiap transaksi semasa tempoh kempen.
6. Pulangan Tulai 70% akan dikira berdasarkan pada harga Cukai Jalan dan Bayaran Penghantaran sebenar. Sila rujuk jadual di bawah bagi senario dan pengiraan Pulangan Tunai :

7. Sebarang kos tambahan untuk Cukai Jalan akan ditanggung oleh Pengguna.
8. Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet dalam masa 10 hari bekerja setelah penerbitan polisi/sijil tersebut.
9. Pulangan Tunai hanya terhad kepada 1,000 polisi/sijil yang pertama sepanjang Tempoh Kempen berdasarkan giliran.
10. Transaksi CarInsure mesti dibayar melalui akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
11. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, Pengguna yang membeli polisi insurans / sijil takaful kereta melalui offline atau saluran lain selain daripada yang disebukan sebelumnya tidak layak menyertai Kempen ini.
12. Touch ‘n Go eWallet tidak akan memenuhi permintaan dari sesiapa untuk memberi kredit Pulangan Tunai kepada pihak ketiga selain daripada akaun Pengguna yang layak.
13. Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang gagal membeli atau memperbaharui polisi insurans/ sijil takaful kereta mereka melalui CarInsure tidak berhak mengambil bahagian dalam kempen ini.
14. Mana-mana Pengguna yang menamatkan akaun eWallet mereka semasa Tempoh Kempen akan disingkirkan secara automatik daripada Kempen ini dan tidak berhak menyertai Cabutan Bertuah.
