Firefly Fridays Mini Program Campaign

Terms and Conditions

1.     Booking period is from 11th February 2022 until 26th August 2022, inclusive of both dates.

2.     Users will be able to enjoy promotion of 20% instant discount off flight tickets every Friday via Firefly’s Mini Program in the Touch’n Go eWallet throughout campaign period.

3.     All flights must be booked within campaign period. The instant discount is valid for travel period with minimum 3 days in advance from the booking date.

4.     All Firefly users are eligible for this campaign however the redemption is capped at 15,000 redemptions throughout campaign period on a first come first serve basis.

 

5.     The instant discount is not valid with other redemption/voucher codes and promotions unless otherwise stated. Promotion is not valid for use in combination with any other on-going offers, promotions, discounts, vouchers and/or privilege cards. No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of promotion entitlement.

 

6.     Users shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the payment. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the payment and contact Firefly via customer support at +603-7845 4543.

 

7.     Discount cannot be combined or accumulated and promotion is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.

 

8.     The Terms of Service shall apply to all uses of the promotion including this instant discount.  Firefly reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time with prior notice.

Terma dan Syarat

1.     Tempoh promosi adalah dari 11 Februari 2022 sehingga 26 Ogos 2022, termasuk tarikh tersebut.

2.     Pengguna akan dapat menikmati promosi diskaun segera 20% untuk tiket penebangan setiap Jumaat dari Firefly Mini Program di dalam Touch’n Go eWallet, sepanjang tempoh kempen.

 

3.     Semua penerbangan mesti ditempah dalam tempoh kempen. Diskaun segera sah untuk tempoh perjalanan dengan minimum 3 hari lebih awal dari tarikh tempahan.

 

4.     Semua pengguna Firefly layak untuk kempen ini namun penebusan dihadkan kepada 15,000 penebusan yang terawalsepanjang tempoh kempen.

5.     Diskaun segara ini tidak sah digunakan bersama kod penebusan / baucar dan promosi lain kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya. Promosi ini tidak sah untuk digunakan bersama dengan tawaran, promosi, potongan harga, baucar dan / atau kad istimewa lain yang sedang berlangsung. Tidak ada alternatif tunai atau bayaran balik yang akan ditawarkan sebagai ganti hak promosi.

6.     Pengguna harus memastikan bahawa diskaun telah dikenakan ke atas jumlah yang tertera sebelum melakukan pembayaran. Sekiranya diskaun tidak ditunjukkan, jangan teruskan membuat pembayaran dan hubungi Firefly di servis pelanggan +603-7845 4543.

7.     Potongan harga tidak boleh digabungkan atau dikumpulkan dan Promosi ini tidak dapat ditukar dengan wang tunai atau penggantian.

8.     Syarat Perkhidmatan yang dinyatakan untuk semua penggunaan kod promosi termasuk diskaun segera  ini. Firefly berhak untuk mengubah terma dan syarat ini atau membatalkan promosi pada bila-bila masa dengan pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.
