“Citibank Fabulous Friday” Campaign
Terms & Conditions
1. The “Citibank Fabulous Friday campaign” (“Offer”) shall run from 10 June 2022 (12.00am) to 29 July 2022 (11.59pm) Malaysia Time, comprising the following period:

2. This promotion is only valid by reloading the Touch ‘n Go eWallet via the “eWallet Balance” function with a Citibank Credit card/-i issued in Malaysia only.
3. This promotion is not applicable in conjunction with any on-going offers, promotion, discount, other Coupons/Promo/Voucher codes and/or privilege cards unless otherwise stated.
4. Users who perform Touch 'n Go eWallet reload with a minimum amount of RM200 in a single transaction using Citibank credit cards/-i in a particular Campaign Month’s Offer Date stand to receive a Cashback of RM20.
5. The maximum amount of Cashback to be awarded per Citibank Credit Card/i under this promotion is RM20 per Campaign Month, subject to Monthly Cash Back Allocation (See Table 2) on first come first serve basis. Citibank is the sole provider of all Cashback in this Promotion.

6. Eligibility of the Cashback shall be determined based on the date and time the reload transaction was initiated as captured by TNGD's records during the campaign period.
7. In the event of a tie in transaction time of the last Cashback in a particular Offer Date, the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account with the higher Reload amount will get the Cashback . However, In the event of a tie of reload amount, the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account with the highest number of reload transactions will get the Cashback.
8. The Cashback will be credited into the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account of the participating Citibank Credit card/-i cardholder who meets the requirement within 14 working days after each Campaign Month.
9. In the event the Cashback allocated for a specific Campaign Month has not been fully given out, the unutilised Cash Back will be brought forward to the following Campaign Month.
10. Citibank Berhad and TNG Digital Sdn Bhd will not entertain any request from any participating Citibank Credit card/-i cardholder or any other person to fulfil the Cashback to any third party other than the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account of the participating Citibank Credit/-i cardholder.
11. During the Campaign Period and at the time of fulfilment of the Cashback, if any Touch ‘n Go eWallet account or participating Citibank Credit card/-i cardholder for the promotion is disputed or alleged to be fraudulent, or the participating Citibank Credit card/-i is delinquent, and/or invalid or cancelled within Citibank’s definition, the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account or participating Citibank Credit card/-i cardholder will be disqualified from participating or receiving the Cashback from this Offer.

Terma & Syarat
1. Kempen "Citibank Fabulous Friday" ("Tawaran") akan berlangsung dari 10 Jun 2022 (12.00 pagi) hingga 29 Julai 2022 (11.59 malam) waktu Malaysia, yang terdiri daripada tempoh-tempoh berikut:

2. Tawaran hanya sah dengan menambah nilai Touch 'n Go eWallet melalui fungsi "eWallet Balance" dengan kad kredit/-i Citibank yang dikeluarkan di Malaysia sahaja.
3. Tawaran ini tidak terpakai bagi mana-mana tawaran, promosi, diskaun, lain-lain kod Kupon/Promosi/Baucar dan/atau kad keistimewaan kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya.
4. Pengguna yang melakukan tambah nilai Touch 'n Go eWallet dengan jumlah minimum RM200 dalam satu transaksi dengan menggunakan kad kredit/-i Citibank pada Tarikh Tawaran Bulan Kempen tertentu berpeluang menerima Pulangan Tunai bernilai RM20.
5. Jumlah maksimum Pulangan Tunai yang boleh diterima bagi setiap kad kredit/-i Citibank di bawah promosi ini adalah RM20 bagi setiap Bulan Tawaran, tertakluk kepada Peruntukan Pulangan Tunai Bulanan (Rujuk Jadual 2) atas dasar yang pertama didahulukan. Citibank adalah pembekal tunggal untuk semua Pulangan Tunai dalam Promosi ini.

6. Penentuan pengguna yang layak menerima pulangan tunai adalah berdasarkan tarikh dan masa transaksi dimulakan seperti yang tercatat di rekod TNGD sewaktu tempoh kempen.
7. Sekiranya berlaku seri pada masa transaksi untuk Pulangan Tunai yang terakhir pada Tarikh Tawaran tertentu, akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet dengan jumlah Tambah Nilai yang lebih tinggi akan mendapat Pulangan Tunai. Walau bagaimanapun, sekiranya jumlah Tambah Nilai adalah sama, akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet dengan bilangan transaksi Tambah Nilai yang terbanyak akan mendapat Pulangan Tunai.
8. Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun pengguna Touch 'n Go eWallet yang layak dalam tempoh 14 hari bekerja selepas setiap Bulan Kempen.
9. Sekiranya Pulangan Tunai yang diperuntukkan untuk Bulan Tawaran tertentu tidak digunakan sepenuhnya, baki tersebut akan dibawa ke Bulan Tawaran seterusnya.
10. Citibank Berhad dan TNG Digital Sdn Bhd tidak akan melayan sebarang permintaan daripada mana-mana pemegang kad kredit/-i Citibank atau mana-mana individu lain untuk memenuhi Pulangan Tunai kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga selain daripada akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet pemegang kad kredit/-i Citibank yang mengambil bahagian.
11. Semasa Tempoh Tawaran dan pada masa memenuhi Pulangan Tunai, jika mana-mana pemilik akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet atau pemegang kad kredit/-i Citibank yang menyertai Peraduan ini dipertikaikan atau didakwa atas sebab penipuan dan/atau kad Kredit/-i Citibank yang mengambil bahagian adalah tidak sah atau dibatalkan menurut definisi Citibank, pemilik akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet atau pemegang kad Kredit/-i Citibank tersebut akan disingkirkan daripada menyertai atau menerima Pulangan Tunai daripada Tawaran ini.
