Check-in Rewards Campaign – The Goal Hunter Prize Giveaway

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Contest Period is from 1^st July 2022 to 31^st July 2022.

2.  The ‘Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: ‘Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ is only applicable to users who registered their Touch ‘n Go eWallet with a valid Malaysia registered mobile number, and only open to users who have joined The Goal Hunter organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd(“TNGD”).

3. Each ‘Prizes Giveaway Voucher: 'Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ claimed from Check-in Rewards campaign entitles the eligible users to TEN (10) entries submission for a chance to win an Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB from the ‘Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway’ contest. Each user may receive the voucher up to FIVE (5) times per month from Check-in Rewards campaign.

4. Users are required to make ONE (1) payment or reload transaction within the contest period to be eligible for a chance to win an Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB.

5. The Prizes Giveaway Voucher(s) received cannot be utilized and will not give any discount or cashback, hence, will remain in user’s Vouchers section as record for number of entries submitted. (i.e. 3 Prizes Giveaway Vouchers received from Check-in Rewards campaign = 30 Entries)

6. The Prizes Giveaway Voucher(s) claimed are non-reversible. Once claimed, users may not un-claim the voucher and choose a different one.

7. The Prizes Giveaway Voucher(s) claimed will expire/disappear on 12am, 1^st August 2022.

8. Winners of ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ will be selected on random basis subjected to clause 12. However, users with the highest number of entries will stand a higher chance of being selected as winners.

9. For avoidance of doubt, ONE (1) winner will be entitled to win ONE (1) prize only.

10. Winners of ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ will be selected and announced within SEVEN (7) working days from the end of the contest.

11. The Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB prize fulfilment is within THREE (3) months upon successfully contacting the winners and is subjected to stock availability. TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) reserves all rights at any time, at its absolute discretion without any prior notice to substitute the prizes with another prize of equivalent value to the published Recommended Retail Price (“RRP”).

12. All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis.

13. Winners of ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ are required to answer ONE (1) question for verification purpose when contacted by TNGD. Upon answering the question correctly, the prizes will be fulfilled.

14. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot be contacted within ONE (1) week from the announcement date.

15. Winners of ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ will be required to provide proof of identification and contact details to TNGD via email for the prize delivery arrangement.

16. By participating in ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’, all participants: -

a. consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway; and

b. consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and

c. grant TNGD the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

17. ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ held by TNGD is not in any way associated, sponsored, endorsed or in partnership with Apple Malaysia.

18. All prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable. TNGD will not be held liable of non-receipt of prize or damages caused during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of prize will be entertained.

19. TNGD makes no warranties or representations with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the prizes associated with The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway.

20. TNGD's decision regarding the selection of Winners, and/or in even situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TNGD's decision on the same.

21. TNGD employees are not eligible to participate in The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway.

22. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without notice to the participant if the participant is found have breached TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.

23. These Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to and be read together with The Goal Hunter Campaign Terms and Conditions.

1. Tempoh peraduan ini adalah dari 1^st Julai 2022 sehingga 31^st Julai 2022.

2. ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ ini hanya terbuka kepada pengguna yang telah mendaftar Touch ‘n Go eWallet dengan menggunakan nombor telefon bimbit Malaysia yang sah, dan kepada pengguna yang telah menyertai ‘The Goal Hunter’ dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).

3. Pengguna yang layak akan mendapatkan SEPULUH (10) penyertaan untuk peluang memenangi satu ‘Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ bagi setiap ‘Prizes Giveaway Voucher’ yang diterima daripada kempen ‘Check-in Rewards’. Setiap pengguna boleh menerima sehingga LIMA (5) ‘Prize Giveaway Voucher: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ setiap bulan melalui kempen ‘Check-in Rewards’.

4. Pengguna yang telah menerima ‘Prizes Giveaway Voucher’ dari kempen ‘Check-in Rewards’ hendaklah membuat SATU (1) pembayaran atau pembayaran tambah nilai di dalam tempoh peraduan untuk memenuhi syarat untuk memenangi ‘Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’.

5. ‘Prizes Giveaway Voucher: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ yang ditebus tidak boleh digunapakai untuk memberikan diskaun mahupun pulangan tunai. Baucar hanya akan disimpan di dalam bahagian ‘Baucar’ sebagai catatan penyertaan sahaja. (Cth: 3 ‘Prizes Giveaway Vouchers’ yang diterima daripada kempen ‘Check-in Rewards’ adalah bersamaan dengan = 30 Penyertaan)

6. ‘Prizes Giveaway Vouchers(s)’ yang telah diterima daripada kempen ‘Check-in Rewards’ tidak boleh dipulangkan semula. Setelah anda telah menebus ‘Prizes Giveaway Voucher’ tersebut, anda tidak boleh mengembalikan/menukarkan dan memilih baucar yang lain.

7. ‘Prizes Giveaway Voucher(s)’ yang ditebus akan luput/hilang pada 12am, 1 Ogos 2022.

8. Pemenang ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ akan dipilih secara rawak, tertakluk kepada fasal 12. Walau bagaimanapun, pengguna dengan jumlah penyertaan tertinggi akan berpeluang lebih tinggi untuk dipilih sebagai pemenang.

9. Untuk mengelakkan sebarang keraguan, SATU (1) pemenang layak untuk memenangi SATU (1) hadiah sahaja.

10. Pemenang-pemenang ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ akan dipilih dan diumumkan dalam tempoh TUJUH (7) hari bekerja dari tarikh akhir peraduan.

11. Penunaian hadiah ‘Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ adalah dalam masa TIGA (3) bulan dari tarikh pemenang telahpun berjaya dihubungi, dan tertakluk kepada ketersediaan stok. TNGD mempunyai kesemua hak untuk menggantikan hadiah-hadiah yang bernilai serupa  Harga Runcit yang Disarankan (“RRP”)’ dengan mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya tanpa notis pada bila-bila masa.

12. Semua pemenang hendaklah menerima hadiah atas dasar "seperti yang tersedia".

13. Pemenang-pemenang ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ dikehendaki menjawab SATU (1) soalan untuk tujuan pengesahan apabila dihubungi oleh TNGD melalui e-mel. Pemenang-pemenang akan layak memenagi hadiah sekiranya berjaya menjawab soalan dengan betul.

14. Kelayakan untuk menuntut hadiah akan dilucutkan sekiranya pemenang tidak dapat dihubungi dalam tempoh SATU (1) minggu dari tarikh pengumuman.

15. Pemenang-pemenang ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ dikehendaki membuktikan identiti dan maklumat perhubungan tersendiri kepada TNGD melalui e-mel untuk urusan penghantaran hadiah.

16. Dengan menyertai ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’, semua peserta perlu:-

a. setuju untuk membenarkan TNGD mengumpul, merekod, menyimpan, mengguna dan mendedahkan maklumat peribadi hanya untuk tujuan yang diperlukan ataupun berkaitan dengan ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway’ ini; dan

b. setuju untuk TNGD menerbitkan maklumat peribadi seperti nama, identiti dan sebarang maklumat umum lain di mana-mana media, pemasaran atau bahan iklan; dan

c. membenarkan TNGD hak mutlak dan tidak terhad untuk mengubah, mengguna dan menerbit sebarang gambar peserta untuk tujuan promosi, pemasaran, komersial atau tujuan lain yang berkaitan, tanpa sebarang pembayaran ataupun pampasan daripada TNGD.

17. 'The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway: Apple MacBook Air M1 Chip 256GB’ yang dianjurkan oleh TNGD tidak ada kaitan, tidak ditaja, ditauliahkan atau bergandingan dengan Apple Malaysia.

18. Segala hadiah adalah tidak boleh dirunding atau dipindah milik kepada individu yang lain. TNGD tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang hadiah yang tidak mempunyai resit atau kerosakan yang berlaku ketika proses penghantaran. Tiada penggantian dan/atau penukaran hadiah boleh dilakukan.

19. TNGD tidak akan memberi jaminan atau pernyataan berkenaan hadiah dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang penyalahgunaan mana-mana hadiah, atau untuk sebarang tuntutan, liabiliti, kehilangan atau kerosakan yang disebabkan atau berkaitan dengan hadiah ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway’.

20. Keputusan TNGD mengenai pilihan pemenang-pemenang, dan/atau dalam apa jua keadaan termasuk apa-apa yang tidak dilindungi dalam Terma dan Syarat ini, adalah muktamad bagi semua peserta ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway’, dan tiada pertanyaan, cabaran atau rayuan boleh dibuat mahupun dilayan tentang keputusan tersebut.

21. Pekerja-pekerja TNGD tidak layak untuk menyertai ‘The Goal Hunter Prizes Giveaway’ ini.

22. TNGD berhak untuk menahan sebarang manfaat kepada perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan atau tanpa notis keapda peserta jika peserta didapati melanggar Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNGD.

23. Terma dan Syarat ini harus diperhatikan bersama Terma dan Syarat Kempen ‘The Goal Hunter’.
