Q1           What is the promotion all about?

A1           Eligible users who perform a specific transaction on Maxis Online Store on Touch ‘n Go eWallet (excluding Postpaid bill payment, Prepaid reload, and Hotlink Prepaid simpack) will receive the following cashback:

Q2           What is the duration of this promotion?

A2            The promotion is valid from 14 March 2022 until 30 September 2022.

Q3           Is there any redemptions limit for this promotion?

A3            Each eligible user is allowed to purchase as many times as they like throughout the promotion period, to enjoy the cashback. The promotion is capped at the first 15,000 redemptions and the breakdown are as follows:

a)                   Hotlink Postpaid Plan – 3,000 transactions

b)                   Maxis Postpaid Plan – 3,000 transactions

c)                   Normal Device Contract/Zerolution (Mobile Device) - 4,000 transactions

d)                   Additional Hotlink Postpaid, Maxis Postpaid and Normal Device Contract/ Zerolution (Mobile Device) – 5,000 transactions (to be utilized starting from 15 April 2022 to 30 September 2022 or until the transactions mentioned herein are fully utilized, whichever is earlier)

Q4           Who is the eligible for this promotion?

A4            Eligible user is defined as:

a)            existing Maxis user who signed up to a new Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid line

b)            existing Maxis user who signed up to a new Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid line and buy a device

c)             new user who signed up to a new Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid line

d)            new user who ported-in to Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid

e)            new Maxis user who signed up to a Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid new line and buy a device

f)             new Maxis user who ported-in to Hotlink or Maxis Postpaid and buy a device

Q5           Is this promotion valid on Maxis’ own website and/or app?

A5            This promotion is only valid for purchases made on the Maxis Online Store, the sub application located in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

Q6           When will I receive the cashback from this promotion?

A6            The cashback will be credited to the eligible user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet within fourteen (14) working days after the transaction is made.

J1            Pengguna yang layak yang melakukan transaksi tertentu (seperti jadual di bawah) di Maxis Online Store di Touch ‘n Go eWallet (tidak termasuk pembayaran bil Postpaid, tambah nilai Prepaid dan pembelian simpack Prepaid Hotlink) akan menerima pulangan tunai berikut:

J2            Promosi ini sah dari 14 Mac 2022 sehingga 30 September 2022.

S3            Adakah terdapat sebarang had penebusan untuk promosi ini?

J3            Setiap pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh membuat pembelian sebanyak mana yang dikehendaki sepanjang Tempoh Promosi untuk menikmati pulangan tunai. Promosi ini dihadkan kepada 15,000 penebusan terawal dan pecahan adalah seperti berikut:

a)                   Pelan Postpaid Hotlink – 3,000 transaksi

b)                   Pelan Postpaid Maxis – 3,000 transaksi

c)                   Kontrak Telefon Mudah Alih Biasa/Zerolution (Telefon Mudah Alih) - 4,000 transaksi

d)                   Tambahan transaksi untuk pelan Postpaid Hotlink, Postpaid Maxis dan Kontrak Telefon Mudah Alih Biasa / Zerolution (Telefon Mudah Alih) – 5,000 transaksi (akan digunakan bermula daripada 15 April 2022 hingga 30 September 2022 atau sehingga transaksi yang dinyatakan di sini digunakan sepenuhnya, yang mana lebih awal)

S4            Siapakah yang layak untuk promosi ini?

J4            Pengguna yang layak ditakrifkan sebagai:

a)                  pengguna Maxis sedia ada yang mendaftar ke talian Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid yang baharu

b)                  pengguna Maxis sedia ada yang mendaftar ke talian Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid yang baharu dan membeli telefon mudah alih

c)                   pengguna baharu yang mendaftar ke talian Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid yang baharu

d)                  pengguna baharu yang berpindah ke Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid

e)                  pengguna Maxis baharu yang mendaftar ke talian baharu Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid dan membeli telefon mudah alih

f)                    pengguna Maxis baharu yang berpindah ke Hotlink atau Maxis Postpaid dan membeli telefon mudah alih

S5           Adakah promosi ini boleh digunakan di aplikasi dan/atau laman web Maxis?

J5            Promosi ini hanya dihadkan kepada tempahan yang dibuat pada Maxis Online Store, sebuah sub-aplikasi di Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

S6           Bilakah saya akan mendapat pulangan tunai dari promosi ini?

J6            Pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dalam masa empat belas (14) hari bekerja daripada tarikh transaksi.
