1. GENERAL FAQ
■ What is the TNGD Mobile Game Tournament, powered by GOAMA (“Tournament”)?
TNGD Mobile Game Tournament, powered by GOAMA, is a competitive gaming platform that offers exciting skill-based hyper-casual games! Play and compete based on the highest scores to win prizes every day!
■ Who can participate in the Tournament?
Anyone with a registered TNGD account can participate in the Tournament.
■ How do I participate in the Tournament?
All you need to do is browse the list of games and choose the type of Tournament you wish to participate in, i.e. Practise Tournament or Paid Tournament.
■ How do I play?
All you need to do is click on the “play now” button on the game banner and you can start playing straight away!
■ Do I need to be connected to the internet while playing the games?
Yes, you need to be connected to the internet while playing the games.
■ Will my score be submitted if I quit the game whilst the game is in session?
If you quit the game before completing the game or if you exit the app whilst the game is in session, your score will not be submitted.
■ How is my score calculated in the games?
Score tabulation varies from game to game. You will be able to view your game score live in the game as you progress through the game.
■ Will my score be submitted if I am not connected to the internet?
No, you will need to be connected to the internet for your score to be submitted.
■ How am I ranked on the leaderboard?
Your score in a particular game will be visible on the leaderboard once you complete a particular session of the game. If you subsequently achieve a higher score in a particular game, you will be re-ranked accordingly for that particular Tournament.
The final score will be reflected on the leaderboard after the end of the tournament cycle.
■ Why can't I see active tournaments on the platform?
This may happen if our system has flagged activity on your account that is in violation of our Terms of Service and therefore this account cannot access tournament games.
■ How do you ensure that the results of the Tournaments are fair?
We maintain strict controls and security checks for all our games. We maintain the sole discretion to determine if scores are found to be fraudulently achieved, e.g. via hacking, bots or any other methods, and in such situations, those entries on the leaderboard shall be disqualified, the scores deleted and we reserve the right to take any legal action as we deem fit.
2. FREE TOURNAMENTS
■ What are Practise/Free Tournaments?
Practice/Free Tournaments are tournaments that you can join for free and play for an unlimited number of times within each Practise Tournament Cycle.
■ How many Practise Tournaments are there?
There is a Practise Tournament for each Paid Tournaments.
■ What is the duration of the Practise Tournaments?
The duration of each Practise Tournament may vary from time to time. You can check the duration of each game below the game icon (“Practise Tournament Cycle”).
■ What happens after the Practise Tournaments end?
The leaderboard will be refreshed after each Practise Tournament Cycle.
■ Are there prizes to be won for the Practise Tournaments?
We will be updating this from time to time.
3. PAID TOURNAMENTS
■ What are Paid Tournaments?
Paid Tournaments are tournaments where you are required to buy in before participating in the game. Paid Tournaments allow you to compete against other players during each Paid Tournament Cycle to stand a chance to win coins or any other attractive prizes which will be determined by us at our discretion (collectively “Prizes").
■ How much do I need to pay to join the Paid Tournaments?
The entry price of each Paid Tournament will be listed on the respective game titles.
■ What is the duration of the Paid Tournaments?
The duration of Each Paid Tournament will vary and is listed on the respective game titles (“Paid Tournament Cycle”).
■ What is the validity of my participation in the Paid Tournaments once I join?
Your participation will be valid for the entire duration of each Paid Tournament Cycle.
■ How many times can I attempt the game in a Paid Tournament?
Unless otherwise specified, there is no limit on the number of attempts you may have at a particular game within the Paid Tournament Cycle.
■ How long do I have to participate in a Paid Tournament?
The entry to each Paid Tournament will be closed 10 minutes before the expiration of Each Paid Tournament Cycle.
■ How many players can join a Paid Tournament Cycle?
There’s no limit in participating in the Paid Tournament.
■ What happens once the player cap (if any) is reached for each Paid Tournament Cycle?
A new Paid Tournament Cycle will automatically be created for you to join, where you will be able to compete with a different set of players.
■ How do I win Prizes?
Be one of the top scorers for the applicable Paid Tournament Cycle to stand a chance to win Prizes! Your rank will be calculated based on your best score in a particular game for the applicable Paid Tournament Cycle. Prizes will be reflected next to your ranking on the leaderboard.
■ How many players can win in one tournament?
The number of winners in each Paid Tournament Cycle and the corresponding prizes varies from one Paid Tournament Cycle to another Paid Tournament Cycle. The Prizes distribution for each Paid Tournament Cycle will be available under (Game->Select Tournament->Tap to see prizes)
■ What happens when scores are tied in a Paid Tournament Cycle?
The user who scores the highest score first in that particular game for the applicable Paid Tournament Cycle is given preference in the leaderboard.
■ What is the prize money?
In every tournament, based on your rank in the tournament, you are eligible for a prize. You can check the Prize table before joining the tournament. You can access this Prize Table when you click on the Tournament's Name.
■ What are "Possible Winnings"?
Possible Winnings are the winnings shown on the tournament leaderboard during the tournament. These are indicative numbers to represent prize money you stand to win if you hold your current rank till the end of the tournament.
■ How are my winnings calculated?
Rewards will be awarded based on your rank at the end of the tournament
■ How will I receive the Prizes?
The Prizes you have won will be credited into your accounts. Credit of cash to your TNGD account can take up to 10 working days (Monday to Friday)
■ How will the results of the Tournaments be announced?
The results for each Tournament Cycle will be available within 48 hours after the tournament on the History Section under your Profile Page
■ How many Paid Tournaments can I participate in?
You can participate in every active Paid Tournament Cycle for each game at a particular time.
■ Is there minimum participation needed for a Paid Tournament to commence?
A minimum of 2 players is required before a Paid Tournament Cycle will begin. If you are the only person in the tournament, your joining fee will be refunded when tournament expired time is reached.
■ I paid to join a Paid Tournament Cycle but was unable to play the game. What should I do?
Please contact us with any technical issues and we will do our best to assist you.
4. TICKETS
What are Tickets?
Tickets are a reward for your continued engagement on the tournament platform. You can use your earned tickets to redeem great rewards.
■ How do I earn Tickets?
You can earn more Tickets through:
● Winning Games (All tournaments & PvP )
● Logging on daily
● Completing Missions & Achievements activities
● Leveling up of your Heroes
■ What can I redeem with my earned tickets? (Coming soon)
You can redeem tickets for great rewards such as vouchers or coupons or other non-cash rewards available.
■ How does Daily Log-In work?
Daily log in activity allows you to earn tickets when you visit the platform. Earn more tickets each day you login consecutively. So be sure to log in everyday to keep up your login streak to earn more tickets
5. HEROES SECTION
Compete, win and earn to accumulate tickets, become a hero by collecting the most tickets. See how well you are doing on our Heroes Leaderboard - the current numbers on the leaderboard displays the numbers garnered 8 hours ago.
6. HEROES TOURNAMENT CAMPAIGN (4 JUNE - 29 JULY)
■ What is the Heroes Tournament?
The Heroes Tournament is a collection of Paid Tournaments with different entry fees and play cycle where players will buy in and compete against each other to win tickets as they vie for the right to be ranked the highest on the Heroes Leaderboard.
The June and July Heroes Tournament are to run on a weekly cycle (7 days) from the 4 June to 29 July 2022.
■ What is the duration of the Weekly Heroes Tournament?
The Weekly Heroes Tournament will start and end from June 4, 2022 0000hrs and end on July 29, 2022 at 23.59. The duration of each Paid Tournament during the Heroes Tournament will vary from one to seven day pay cycle, and it will be listed on the respective game titles. (“Duration”)
■ How do I become a player in the Weekly Heroes Tournament?
Joining in any one of the Paid Tournaments that lets you win tickets as a prize during the Weekly Heroes Tournament period will mean you’re a Weekly Heroes Tournament player.
■ How much do I need to pay to be part of the Weekly Heroes Tournament?
The entry fees of each Paid Tournament during the Weekly Heroes Tournament period will be listed on the respective game titles. Entry fees range from RM1.00 to RM5.00. The higher the entry fee, the higher the number of tickets you can win to rank on the Weekly Heroes Leaderboard.
■ How are players ranked on the Heroes Leaderboard?
Players are ranked by the most number of tickets that have been won in the last 7 days under the ‘Weekly’ section of the Heroes Leaderboard.
■ How much will I win if I achieve #1 on the Heroes Leaderboard?
The player that achieved the top rank with a minimum of 5,000 tickets will win RM200.00 in TNG cash credits every week from 4 June to 29 July. Winners
■ How do I get my winning tickets ?
Your winning tickets will be added to your ticket balance within 3 days.
■ What are the other prizes available for me if I don’t achieve #1?
There are a total of 50 winners that will be awarded with TNG cash credits starting with the Top Rank at RM200.00.
The following table will show the total number of winners and how much they will win individually.
■ Are there any other ways to earn tickets during the Weekly Heroes Tournament?
Yes, you can earn tickets from logging in daily to the TNG games platform, completing missions and fulfilling achievements. However, to competitively rank on the Weekly Heroes Leaderboard, you will be expected to compete against other players to get ahead. A minimum top win of 500 tickets is awarded for our Daily RM1.00 tournaments.
■ What happens when the number of tickets are tied on the Weekly Heroes Leaderboard?
The user who scores the highest score first in that particular game for the applicable Paid Tournament Cycle is given preference in the leaderboard.
■ How are my winnings calculated?
Rewards will be awarded based on your rank at the end of the Weekly Heroes Tournament period. You will need to earn a minimum of 5,000 tickets in order to qualify to win your TNG cash credits.
■ How will I receive the Prizes?
After the end of the Weekly Heroes Tournament at July 29, 11.59hrs, TNG and Goama will work on prize distribution within 14 days to ensure that fair play and fraud checks will be enacted to ensure that there are no disputes.
The Prizes you have won will be credited into your accounts. Credit of cash to your TNGD account can take up to 10 working days (Monday to Friday)
■ How often does the Heroes Leaderboard get updated ?
Every 8 hours
