This Campaign is for Users who key in “TNGROAD” during their purchase of a car insurance policy / takaful certificate via CarInsure shall be entitled to a 70% Cashback on the Road Tax and Delivery Fee and the cashback will be capped at Ringgit Malaysia Forty (RM40.00) per transaction during the Campaign Period.

The duration of this campaign is from 1^st March 2022 until 30^th April 2022 (“Campaign Period”)

Who is eligible for this Campaign?

This Campaign is ONLY applicable to Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who key in promo code “TNGROAD” during their purchase of a car insurance policy / takaful certificate via CarInsure on Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s application or website. User must select ‘add-on Road Tax’ during their purchase of car insurance policy / takaful certificate to enjoy for this promotion.

Am I eligible for the 70% Cashback if I forgot to key in the promo code?

No, you must key in the promo code during checkout of the transaction in order to enjoy the Cashback.

Where I should key in the promo code?

You can key in the “TNGROAD” promo code in the “Promo / Referral Code Column” at the “Checkout” page.

Is there any minimum spending required to be eligible for this Campaign?

No, there is no minimum spending required for this campaign.

Is there any limit for this campaign?

Yes, the 70% Cashback is only limited to first 1,000 policies based on “first come first served” basis. The maximum total of “Cashback and savings for Road Tax and Delivery” (Cashback) will be capped at RM40 per transaction during the Campaign Period.

Can I purchase multiple insurance policies / takaful certificate to be entitled for the 70% Cashback in this Campaign?

Yes, you can purchase/ renew multiple insurance policies/ takaful certificate via CarInsure and you will still be entitled for the 70% Cashback, subject to the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

Can I help my family members/ friends to renew their car insurance/ takaful?

Yes, you can. The Cashback will go to User who perform the transaction and you’re required to key in the “TNGROAD” promo code during checkout of the transaction.

Can I get the 70% Cashback if I purchase my car insurance/ takaful from other channels? i.e; agent, customer service, walk in etc.

No, only successful purchase through the CarInsure in eWallet platforms (website or app) during the Campaign Period will be entitled to the 70% Cashback.

When will I get the 70% Cashback?

You will receive the 70% Cashback in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account within 10 working days after issuance of the said policy.

Pengguna yang memasukkan kod promo “TNGROAD” semasa membeli polisi insurans/ sijil takaful kereta melalui CarInsure berhak mendapat pulangan tunai sebanyak 70% dari pembelian Cukai Jalan dan Bayaran Penghantaran dan wang tunai akan dibatasi pada Ringgit Malaysia Empat Puluh (RM40.00) setiap transaksi semasa Tempoh Kempen.
