Q1      What is the Campaign?

A1       Users will be able to enjoy promotion of 20% instant discount off flight tickets every Friday via Firefly’s Mini Program in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet throughout campaign period.

Q2      What is the duration of this Campaign?

A2       The Campaign is valid from 11^th February until 26^th August 2022.

Q3      Who is eligible for this Campaign?

A3       All Firefly users are eligible for this campaign. However the redemption is capped for the first 15,000 redemptions throughout campaign period.

Q4      Is this campaign valid on Firefly’s own App?

A4       No, this is only valid Firefly Mini Program, a sub- application in Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

Q5      Is there a minimum order required to be eligible to use the Campaign?

A5       No there is no minimum spend required, the instant discount will be reflected for applicable flights. Please ensure that the instant discount is reflected before proceeding to payment.  

Q6      Is the instant discount applicable for all travel periods?

A6       All bookings must be on Fridays within campaign period, however the travel period is minimum 3 days in advance from booking date.

Q7      Can the Campaign be used together with other Campaigns?

A7       No. The Campaign is not applicable with any other ongoing Campaigns, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges until stated otherwise.

S2       Apakah tempoh Kempen ini?

J2       Kempen ini sah dari 11 Februari sehingga 26 Ogos 2022.

S3       Siapa yang layak menggunakan Kempen ini?

J3       Semua pengguna Firefly layak untuk kempen ini namun penebusan dihadkan kepada 15,000 penebusan yang terawalsepanjang tempoh kempen.

S4       Adakah kempen ini boleh digunnakan di aplikasi Firefly?

J4       Promosi ini boleh digunakan untuk tempahan yang dibuat di dalam Mini Program Firefly, sub-aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

S5       Adakah terdapat tempahan minimum diperlukan bagi menikmati Kempen ini?

J5       Tidak, tiada perbelanjaan minimum diperlukan, diskaun segera akan ditunjukkan untuk penerbangan yang berkenaan. Sila pastikan bahawa diskaun segera ditunjukkan sebelum meneruskan pembayaran.

S6       Adakah diskaun segera terpakai untuk semua tempoh perjalanan?

J6       Semua tempahan mesti ditempah pada hari Jumaat dalam tempoh kempen, namun tempoh perjalanan adalah minimum 3 hari lebih awal dari tarikh tempahan.

S7       Bolehkah Kempen ini digunakan bersempena dengan Kempen lain?

J7       Tidak. Kempen ini tidak terpakai dengan mana-mana Kempen, diskaun, baucar atau keistimewaan keahlian lain yang sedang berjalan sehingga dinyatakan sebaliknya.
