What is the duration of this Campaign? | The duration of this campaign is from 22nd April 2022 to 31st December 2022, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). |
Who is eligible for this Campaign? | This Campaign is open to all Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who purchase travel insurance via SafeTrip in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet application. |
Is there any minimum spending required to be eligible for this Campaign? | No, there is no minimum spending required for this Campaign. |
Can I purchase multiple travel insurance policies to be entitled for the Rebate in this Campaign? | Yes, you can purchase multiple travel insurance policies covering different trips via SafeTrip and you are still entitled for the Rebate. |
Can I purchase SafeTrip for another person and still entitled for the Rebate in this Campaign? | Yes, you can purchase for your family or a group of people of maximum 10 persons per purchase/order who travelling on the same trip and still entitled for the Rebate. |
When will I get the Rebate? | You will get the Rebate from the Final Gross Premium instantly, it will show in the breakdown of payment detail page under Rebate Amount (25%). |
Am I entitled for the Rebate on Stamp Duty and SST? | No. The Rebate is applicable to the Final Gross Premium only. Stamp duty and SST, are not inclusive for the Rebate and will be charged at full value. |
Is there any capping for this Campaign? | Yes, there is a maximum capping of RM990,000 in total to be given out to the Eligible User throughout the Campaign Period based on a first come, first served basis. |
