What is this Campaign about? | Users who key in promo code “RFID22” during their purchase of a car insurance policy/ takaful certificate via CarInsure shall be entitled to a Cashback of Ringgit Malaysia Forty (RM40.00) per transaction during the Campaign Period. |
What is the duration of this Campaign? | The duration of this campaign is from 1st June 2022 until 31st December 2022 (“Campaign Period”). |
Who is eligible for this Campaign? | This Campaign is ONLY applicable to Touch ‘n Go eWallet RFID users who key in “RFID22” promo code during their purchase of a car insurance policy/ takaful certificate via CarInsure on Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s application or website. |
Am I eligible for the Cashback if I forgot to key in the promo code? | No, you must key in the promo code during checkout of the transaction in order to enjoy the Cashback. |
Where I should key in the promo code? | You can key in the “RFID22” promo code in the “Promo/ Referral Code Column” at the “Checkout” page. |
Is there any minimum spending required to be eligible for this Campaign? | No, there is no minimum spending required for this campaign. |
Is there any limit for this campaign? | Yes, the Cashback is only limited to the first 2,000 policies based on “first come first served” basis. The maximum Cashback will be capped at RM40 per transaction during the Campaign Period. |
Can I purchase multiple insurance policies/ takaful certificate to be entitled for the Cashback in this Campaign? | Yes, you can purchase/ renew multiple insurance policies/ takaful certificate via CarInsure and you will still be entitled for the Cashback, subject to the Campaign Terms and Conditions. |
Can I help my family members/ friends who are not RFID users to renew their car insurance/ takaful? | Yes, you can. So long the user who perform the transaction is a RFID users with active tag and fulfilled the Campaign Terms and conditions will be entitled for the cashback. |
Can I get the Cashback if I purchase my car insurance/ takaful from other channels? i.e; agent, customer service, walk in etc. | No, only successful purchase through the CarInsure in eWallet platforms (website or app) during the Campaign Period will be entitled to the Cashback.

When will I get the Cashback? | You will receive the Cashback in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account within 10 working days after issuance of the said policy.
