1) What is the duration of the 10 SEN TO WIN campaign?
The campaign will run from 20 June 2022 to 30 June 2022 for a duration of ELEVEN (11) days.
2) Who can participate in the 10 SEN TO WIN campaign?
The campaign is open to all users except employees of TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd.
3) How do I participate in the 10 SEN TO WIN campaign?
To participate in the 10 SEN TO WIN campaign, click the “10 SEN TO WIN” banner that is available on the homepage. Then, make a payment on the payment page of “10 SEN TO WIN” to earn an entry to win ONE (1) enhanced Touch ‘n Go Card throughout the entire Campaign Period.
4) How many times can I purchase the entry to ‘10 SEN TO WIN’?
There is no limit to the number of entries each user is entitled to purchase throughout the campaign duration and the user will earn ONE (1) entry for each transaction of RM0.10 or above. Example:
· If you made a total of THREE (3) purchases of RM0.10, you will earn a total of THREE (3) entries.
· If you made a total of TWO (2) purchases of RM0.05, you will not earn any entries.
· If you made a total of ONE (1) purchase of RM10.00, you will earn a total of ONE (1) entry.
5) I paid RM0.10 and more for the 10 SEN TO WIN, how do I get my refund?
All amount paid will be refunded within TEN (10) working days after the campaign ends.
6) Where can I find the ‘10 SEN TO WIN’ entry for my record?
You can refer to your transaction history, for each successful transaction of RM0.10 and above will be counted as ONE (1) entry.
7) Will my payment transactions be refunded if I am not selected as the winner?
Yes, the full amount of all transactions made will be refunded within TEN (10) working days.
8) How are the winners being selected?
The winners will be selected by random draw from the total number of entries accumulated during the Campaign Period. The more entries you earn, the higher the chance of winning.
9) How many prizes can I win?
Each Eligible User is only entitled to win ONE (1) prize throughout the entire Campaign Period.
10) How will I know that I have won a prize?
The list of winners will be announced on TNGD’s website and social media channel. The winners will also be contacted via email on the same day the winners are announced. To avoid any dispute, please ensure your email address registered with your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account is valid and not shared with any other individuals.
11) I am one of the winners. What do I need to do to claim for the prize?
Winners will be required to provide proof of identification and contact details via email sent by TNGD for the prize delivery or collection arrangement. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not respond to the email within SEVEN (7) working days from the day the email was sent.
12) If I have won any of the prize(s), can I exchange it for another model/colour, cash or other products?
All prizes given are on “as is” basis and are strictly non-transferable to another individual, non-exchangeable for cash or any other kind whether in part or in full.
