Haizal Mushri Mohammed, was appointed Head, Risk & Fraud Management at Touch ‘n Go on 5 October 2020. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of risk and fraud management of Touch ‘n Go . He is a versatile, capable and result oriented leader with strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Haizal is a risk expert with over 17 years of experience in leadership and various managerial positions for numerous risk functions such as enterprise risk management, risk strategy & planning, governance, compliance, policies & procedure. He has vast exposure in several industries including banking, engineering, property, manufacturing and hospitality.

Haizal’s areas of expertise include, enterprise risk management - holistic approach, new customer acquisition strategies, portfolio expansion, risk-reward trade-off analysis, compliance, auditory and reporting analysis.

Haizal graduated with Honours in Aerospace Engineering from Queen Mary’s College, University of London, United Kingdom and has completed his MBA in Finance from Putra Business School, University Putra Malaysia.
