Wilson Soon Poh Beng was appointed as Chief Financial Officer at TNG Digital in October 2018. Prior to that, Wilson was the Chief Executive Officer of Razer Malaysia and Group of Companies, operating the business units of MOLPoints (now called RazerGold), MOLPay & MOLReloads (now called Razer Merchant Services), MOLWallet/One2Pay (now called RazerPay) and MMOG.asia with e-payment operations in 13 countries.

Wilson has held various finance roles including Finance Director of Laureate Education Inc., where he was also Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Asia Pacific, Middle East & African regions consisting of 12 institutions/universities of Laureate’s global portfolio of 150 institutions. Prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer of Masan Resources, the largest mining company in Vietnam.

His varied finance roles has made him an expert in all functions of finance including M&A and board/shareholder management. His other areas of expertise include extractive industries, mining, oil & gas and payments/fintech.

Wilson graduated with a BSc(Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Malaysia Institute ofAccountants (MIA).
