Alex was appointed as Non-Executive Director of Touch ‘n Go Digital on 1 March 2022. He is currently Director and Head of International Investment Management of Ant Group. He also serves as Board of Director of other Ant Group portfolio companies, i.e. Alipay Hong Kong, etc.

Alex has more than 15 years of extensive management and investment experience in the global financial service and technology industry, as well as the international cross-border investment and M&A. Prior to joining Ant Group, Alex served 7 years as Managing Director and Deputy President of Fosun Group, leading the group’s global investment in the financial service sector and built up the footprint of Fosun’s international expansion since 2013. He has led the EUR 1 billion acquisition of Fidelidade Group, the largest insurance company in Portugal, and USD 2.5 billion acquisition of Ironshore Inc, a Bermuda-based global specialty insurance company. He also served as Board of Directors of Fidelidade and Ironshore after the transaction. Before Fosun, he worked for Aon Group in the Corporate Strategy, advising on global M&A activities.

Alex received an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Nanjing University.
